How COVID-19 pandemic has affected the delivery timelines?
Our Courier partners are performing in the best possible way to deliver the packages by the standard delivery times, normally 7-10 days from dispatch. However, there could be delay of 24-48 hours on account of Govt. restrictions during current scenario. We request our customers to be patient and cooperate our delivery staff in this difficult and challenging time.
Do You Offer Cash on Delivery (COD) facility as we would like to pay when the package reaches us?

Yes,all orders of value between Rs. 90/- to Rs 1499/- can be placed using Cash on Delivery (COD) facility wherein you are supposed to pay the order amount at the time of delivery of the shipment. Very low and high valued orders are currently not being dispatched on COD basis because of operational constraints. 

Why delivery charge varies?

We operate on very low margins and are bound to charge shipping fee that we are supposed to pay to our Courier partners. Hence we charge for delivery as per the product quantity/weight to ensure best shipping services through our Best Courier Partners all over India without incurring losses. Overall our endeavor is to provide you best online shopping experience at your convenience, that too without any additional expenses on account of huge shipping charges. 

Which locations do you deliver to?

We have tied up with reputed Courier Partners to ensure timely delivery of our valued orders to around 99% PIN codes all over India.

What Are Your Delivery Times?

Packages are delivered between 09:00 -19:00 from Monday to Saturday, unless otherwise specifically requested by our customers. There are no deliveries on Sunday and on public holidays.

How Long Would It Take For Me To Receive My Order?

You can choose delivery speed during checkout. Delivery Speed and the corresponding delivery timings for serviceable PIN codes in India are as under:

  • Standard Shipping: Takes 7-10 days from the date of dispatch
  • Expedite Shipping: Takes 3-6 days from the date of dispatch
Expedite service is presently suspended because of COVID pandemic and restricted movement all over India. Normally order is dispatched within 24 hrs of receipt of a confirmed order from our customer. 
Why delivery time varies from 7 - 10 days?

Delivery time depends on the following factors:

1 - Product(s) selected like Hazardous/oversize/bulky product, etc

2 - The destination pin-code e.g. 110011 to which you want the order to be shipped to

3 - Supplier's location

4- Courier Service (expedite/standard) availed.

Thus maximum time taken by our Courier partners is 7 days from the date shipment is picked up from our warehouse. Delivery timelines might vary in a few cases depending on the above mentioned factors including natural calamities, if any. Please note that UrbanStore24 is not liable for any shipping delays. We will try our best to notify customers of the delay and estimated delivery date in such situations.

Why Is Cash-On-Delivery Not Offered For My Location?

Currently cash on delivery option is available only for selected Pin Codes. For Bulk orders only prepaid option is allowed. Bulk orders placed on COD will be automatically cancelled. In all other cases, all payments are either through credit/debit cards or through bank transfers.

Is It Necessary For Me To Provide Identification When I Receive The Package?

No, it isn’t, though the authorized / intended recipient will be required to sign the delivery document upon the delivery of the package.

What Should I Do When I Receive My Delivery?

All UrbanStore24 packages are perfectly sealed at the warehouse before they are shipped. Upon receipt, please check the external condition of the package/box to see if there are signs of damage, or the package has been opened in-transit. We request you not to sign and accept the package, if you are suspicious about the condition of the shipment. Instead, hand over the package back to the courier staff and we will replace the items to you within few days. If you find that the product in the box is tampered or missing when you open the package, please contact UrbanStore24 Customer Service at supersasr@gmail.com within 24 hours of receiving the shipment.

Can I Modify My Delivery Address?

Once the order has been placed, you cannot change the delivery address. You have to cancel the order and re-order the product with the correct address. The payments, if you have already made for the cancelled order, will be refunded to you as per our Refund policy.

How can I cancel my order and get refund?

Just drop a mail at care@urbanstore24.com with your order number. The order will be cancelled and refund will be processed for the same. However, the orders which have already been dispatched and are in-transit, refund will be processed on receipt of the product back at our office as per our Refund policy. 

What Can I Do If The Package Was Delivered To The Wrong Person?

Please contact UrbanStore24 Customer Service at supersasr@gmail.com within 24 hours of delivery of the shipment.
